Dr. Leeza is the founder of Revive Physical Therapy & Wellness, where she provides personalized, out-of-network care including physical therapy, pelvic floor therapy, dry needling, and wellness-focused personal training sessions. Her practice is deeply rooted in preventative care, with a mission to help clients move better, feel stronger, and stay pain-free long before injuries or limitations arise.
She earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Northeastern University after completing dual Bachelor’s degrees in Kinesiology and Dance Performance from the University of Massachusetts Amherst. Fluent in Russian and proficient in Spanish, Leeza brings a diverse range of skills and perspectives to her work. With over twenty years of personal dance experience, she offers a unique and empathetic approach to treatment.
In her practice, Dr. Leeza offers treatment for pelvic health concerns in patients of all genders, grounded in a holistic approach to maximize their well-being and functional abilities. While specializing in pelvic health, Dr. Leeza also maintains a strong focus on orthopedics, sports medicine, dance medicine, and post-surgical rehabilitation. Leeza takes a holistic, whole-person approach, blending clinical expertise with a genuine passion for movement and long-term well-being.
She holds certifications in Functional Dry Needling via Structure & Function Education, and has completed advanced pelvic floor training through the Herman & Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute, including Dry Needling and Pelvic Floor coursework.
In her free time, Leeza enjoys listening to audiobooks, taking bachata and yoga classes, horseback riding, and embracing New England winters on the ski slopes.
